Your tasks:

As a designer, you manage projects to create new products and services, from the upstream scoping and discovery phase (of the market, customer needs, strategic objectives) to the prototyping and user testing phase.

You have the opportunity to consolidate and increase the skills of a team that already includes several junior or confirmed product designers (1 to 4 years of experience).

Your role in the projects may be multiple:

  • You act as project lead on service design projects, alone or in the management of a team made up of less experienced profiles and you guide the process from start to finish.
  • You contribute to innovation projects in which a design component is necessary: ​​foresight projects, redesign of a strategy, structuring of innovation at the scale of an organization, major transformation projects, etc.

You will work hand in hand with BearingPoint teams who are experts in functions, businesses, solutions or business processes to bring the human touch aimed at creating support around major structuring projects for our clients.

The activities of your (future) daily life:

  • User-research
  • Definition of personae and user journeys
  • Animation of co-creation workshops
  • Prototyping and materialization of ideas: storyboarding, mock-up of digital interfaces, wireframing, space design, materialization of a target organization, a target process, videos, motion design, etc.
  • Artistic direction: work on visual and engaging deliverables to engage all stakeholders around a project
  • Management of less experienced employees
  • Animation of the commercial phases: drafting of commercial proposals, participation in prospecting meetings, defenses, etc.
  • Embodiment of communication around design at YouMeO

Coming from a higher education in design, you hold a Master’s degree and…

  • You know the service design approach by heart and have applied it to large-scale projects
  • You independently lead the phases of exploration of user needs and tests
  • You know how to materialize the ideas that emerge from the process through different methods: sketching, storyboarding, wireframing, 2D / 3D modeling…
  • You are a unifier and you know how to make the youngest progress
  • You like to involve all stakeholders in your projects and you are not afraid to involve customers in your efforts
  • You are able to combine strategic thinking and an operational approach to their implementation
  • You are curious, you are bubbling with ideas and you always find innovative solutions
  • You are mobile in Europe and working in French , English and German is not a problem for you.
