DescriptionMAIF’s Strategic Design and Marketing field of activity brings together different entities and expertise dedicated to the production of insights and innovation, including a Service Design team made up of 8 people.Created in 2017 with the ambition of engaging the mutual in an “Experience company” approach, the Service Design division is opening a new chapter to support “Regeneration”, the MAIF 2023-2026 Strategic plan. Ambitious and more committed than ever, this new Plan also reaffirms the importance of design to propel innovation in our products, services, journeys, in short: within a MAIF experience that aims to be memorable, simple, coherent and unique.Come and design with us desirable, viable and sustainable solutions for the members of today and tomorrow.By joining us, you also join a dynamic guild of around fifty designers within MAIF working collectively to integrate design into the organization, optimize its impact, develop the sector and upskill it. permanent as well as the overall coherence of the MAIF experience.Your missions:You support various projects relating to the overall customer experience or specific interactions, on existing offers and services or to be created, from the concept to the launch of the solution. Familiar with methods such as the Service Blueprint, you know how to use the tools that put the user at the center, in an omnichannel vision.As an experienced service designer, you are involved in the different phases of design and production:

• You define the framework and make the problem readable;
• You manage the discovery phase involving immersions and user research to lay out the problem and then identify opportunities or response scenarios;
• You propose, formalize and design innovative responses in collaboration with interface designers, UX, UI, tech profiles, etc.;
• You test the solution with users, integrating the project stakeholders;
• You support the proposed solution in its industrialization and deployment phase.

You not only master each of the different stages of this process but you also and above all know how to articulate them. In other words, you support projects from start to finish and know when to move on to the next step: when to converge, when to diverge and when to take a step aside to formulate relevant and innovative responses to the identified problem. Pragmatic, you know how to support your idea until its industrialization.Profil / QualificationsTrained in Design, you have practiced experience design, service design or business design. You have had the opportunity during your career to implement your knowledge and know-how in varied environments and on complex projects within a company or in an agency.

• Alignment of stakeholders: Your leadership, your convictions anchored on solid skills as well as your interpersonal skills allow you to integrate into all teams, give meaning and generate support from your interlocutors.
• Systems thinking: you like handling complex information and you know how to perceive invisible patterns. You find satisfaction in revealing the relationships between the parts of a system and you are comfortable in formalizing this holistic vision.

– Creative problem solving . Designer entrepreneur, you have an intuitive ability to identify blue oceans and develop new markets there. You are equipped with strong skills to visualize a user’s experience by creating artifacts that explain and represent the phases, steps and actions that occur in a specific process.
