Service Designer

The Hopale Foundation is waiting for you and is recruiting an M/F service designer, position to be filled on a permanent contract.

The Hopale Foundation is a reference health operator bringing together 15 establishments (health and medico-social) all located in Hauts-de-France. Rich in its humanist approach and its hyper-specialization in the management of osteo-articular and neurological pathologies, disability and chronic conditions, the Hopale Foundation has a century-old expertise. It offers a range of complete and integrated solutions ranging from diagnosis to medico-surgical treatment, through rehabilitation-rehabilitation and social, professional, family and school integration.

You will carry out your missions within the general management of the Hopale Foundation, in Berck sur Mer.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT :

Reporting to the Director of Strategy, Innovation and Patient Experience, you will be in contact with a dynamic team. you will be in charge of facilitating collaborative innovation within our health establishments by mobilizing means and methods to involve users, health professionals and start-up, industrial partners, etc.

In particular, you will be in charge of all phases of design projects for the creation of new and better experiences for patients, caregivers, caregivers, users within the Hopale Foundation and its ecosystem of partners.

MISSIONS :

You will be responsible for the analysis and observation phases in contact with users:

· Conduct semi-guided interviews with users, immersion, usage analysis, focus group.

· Restitution with personas type tools, experience map.

· Analysis of the competitive environment

· Analysis of the resources of the Hopale Foundation to identify suitable innovation opportunities

You will lead the ideation phases concerning the creation of new health service pathways  :

Lead creative phases with users and customers while having a systemic approach to the ecosystem on which you will work

Benchmark, monitoring work

Drawings of new usage scenarios: sketch diagram to represent a user experience

Organization and facilitation in pairs or alone of internal brainstorming sessions with employees of the Hopale Foundation and co-design workshops with patients and users

Creation of business model tracks, use of the business model canvas

You will be required to carry out the prototyping phases:

Carry out the prototyping phases, user test by comparing usage scenarios and/or economic models with the beneficiaries to optimize their development

·        Crash test usagers.

· Realization of project presentation videos: potential use of camera, video editing, creation of “stop motion” type video.

· Writing presentation materials and user test animation guides

You are in charge of end-to-end project management with responsibility for:

· Control of the design process in the sense of managing an innovation method linking desirability – user needs – economic and technical issues.

· Autonomous management of schedules

· Managing the quality of your deliverables independently, challenging with team members as needed.

· The highlighting of projects carried out for the communication of the Hopale Foundation by creating ad hoc content.

You will be required to provide action training for employees within the Hopale Foundation and its ecosystem:

Be in charge of monitoring the pedagogical design of training courses with regard to the pedagogical objectives defined by the HR Department

Provide these trainings through theoretical supports (create interview guides, know how to prototype,

PROFILE :

• Training in a master’s degree in global design, service design, or more specific courses (specialized master’s degree in Innovation & Design, double degree, etc.)
• Appetite for the world of health, general interest design and social innovation approaches (proximity to the field)
• Confirmed plastic and graphic sensitivity and mastery of different modes of graphic expression: drawing, vector illustration, 3D modeling, prototyping, etc.
• Methods of driving innovation
• Empathy: ability to support patients, clients, collaborators in explaining a need.
• Spirit of synthesis, reformulation of needs and clarification of objectives.
