Service/UX Designer Intern



As a Service / UX Designer Intern, you will participate in the different phases of innovation projects, service design or user experiences through human-centered approaches and in collaboration with our multidisciplinary teams (Consultants, Designers, Creative Technologists…).

In this context, your missions will be to:

• Understand and analyze the needs of our customers in collaboration with the project team and propose an appropriate Service/UX Design approach;
• Participate in Service/UX Design work on a daily basis and in relation with the client team, and play a key role in the ideation, design, prototyping and delivery phases • Conduct study and test
work users;
• Prepare and participate in the animation of Design Thinking workshops using innovative modes of animation;
• Produce visual and clear documents as well as high-impact presentation and workshop materials;
• Conduct user journey definition work and materialize these journeys into functionalities, service storyboards or web or mobile application wireframes;
• Contribute to the evaluation of the internal impacts related to the implementation of the identified solutions (organizational impacts, processes, IS, HR);
• Contribute to the development of our Design activities in order to continue the evangelization of this discipline within the firm.

Your Profile

• As a final year student at a design school, ideally completed with a double degree, you would like to join a team to share your motivation and your passion for innovation.
• You have acquired the fundamentals in terms of Design Thinking and human-centered design approaches, and are convinced of the value brought by the design of experiences and services within organizations.
• You have a first level of understanding of the issues related to the digital transformation of organizations, both on the external dimensions (customer experience), but also on the internal aspects (employee experience, organization, IS, etc.).
• You are comfortable and confident in contributing to the preparation and facilitation of collaborative work and co-creation workshops, with an analytical mind and a strong ability to identify solutions and create links with stakeholders. stakeholders.
• You are familiar with agile methods and have a good knowledge of the issues related to this type of approach.
• You master the Service / UX Designer toolbox in order to carry out your projects: user journey design (personas, journey maps, blueprints), storyboarding, wireframing and prototyping (Figma, Sketch, InVision, Axure, Framer JS, etc.). ).
• You have a good knowledge of web, mobile and print constraints, as well as ergonomic principles.
• Ideally, you have a good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud suite software (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Sketch.
