Senior Service/CX Designer

Your role
As a Senior Service/CX Designer, you will play a key role in designing user experiences and digital services that support our clients’ transformation. You will be involved in the entire design cycle, from strategy to detailed design and prototyping, within multidisciplinary teams.
Your tasks
1. Experience Strategy & Service Design
- Framing experience issues in relation to our clients’ business, operational and technological challenges.
- Define the target vision and associated design principles.
- Design target scenarios and journeys , integrating all physical and digital touchpoints.
- Analyze the internal impacts
- contribute to the development of our service and product design offerings.

2. User Experience (UX/UI) Design
- Conduct scoping and user research work and synthesize it (scoping document, personas, service blueprints, etc.).
- Produce high-fidelity wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes that comply with accessibility and ergonomics standards.
- Leverage AI-enhanced design approaches (Vibe Design) with tools such as Figma Make, Figma AI or Claude, and disseminate these practices.
- Prepare and conduct user tests.
- Mastering agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe…) and contributing to product dynamics.
3. Leadership, mentoring & contribution
- Managing projects independently, in conjunction with managers and mission directors.
- To mentor and coach more junior profiles.
- Contribute to the practice’s internal work: monitoring (CX, Service Design, generative AI, methods and tools), calls for tenders, feedback, evangelization.
Your profile
- A graduate of a design school, ideally complemented by a double degree (engineering, business or university), you have 3 to 5 years of experience in experience design, product design and/or service design in the context of digital transformation.
- You have mastered user-centered design approaches, the fundamentals of omnichannel experience and the associated business challenges.
- You have excellent command of design and prototyping tools, a good knowledge of web and mobile constraints, and principles of ergonomics and accessibility.
- You are familiar with agile methodologies and are comfortable facilitating collaborative workshops.
- You are capable of managing projects independently and mentoring junior staff.
- Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, a strong team spirit and a keen interest in innovation, you know how to synthesize and simplify complex information for non-designer audiences.
