Service Designer

Now we are looking for a Service Designer trainee .

We are currently investing significantly in the development of our services. Serving the customer through digital channels is one of Terveystalo’s strategic focus areas.

Why are we looking for a Service Designer trainee?

We want to listen and understand our customers even better. We are looking for an intern who will help strengthen our customers’ perspective in the design of our services.

For what task?

In the internship, you can participate in the development of our digital services in a versatile way. The main focus will be on listening to customers and communicating their needs to others, but depending on your interests, you will also participate in other design work. You yourself get to influence the ways of listening to customers, such as interviews, observations, surveys and testing of prototypes and concepts. You don’t have to have much experience in the subject yet, the most important thing is that you have a desire to learn with us.

Skills and requirements

What do we expect from you?

• You are able to build an understanding of customer needs and pain points and communicate them to others.
• You are practical and make things happen.
• You are about to graduate or have already graduated from a field where the tools of service design have become familiar.
• We consider it an advantage if you can, if necessary, concretize prototypes based on customer needs.
