Senior Service Designer

We want to develop the digital services of our professionals to better meet the needs of users, such as doctors, nurses and therapists. The service designer plays a big role in influencing what our professionals’ work and the digital services they use will be like in the future.

For what task?

Your task is to understand the work of healthcare professionals, identify the pain points and help us build a professional path vision for the future. You help us build user-oriented solutions together with our professionals and by understanding the needs of business operations. You absorb information from users, our experts and business functions. You facilitate workshops where goals are set, customer paths are modeled and solutions are devised. You will also work closely with the implementing team and help them succeed.

More detailed actions will be thought out together with you. The role in this whole is new, and you get to develop a suitable way of doing design work yourself.

• We consider it an advantage if you can, if necessary, concretize prototypes based on user needs.
