About the task
You work daily in a multi-professional team to design, develop and produce diamond digital services for our clients. You are involved in customer engagement and collect and analyze customer views to support development and business decision making. You validated the planned service concepts by working closely with the implementation team and communicating the desired customer value to the development teams. It is your responsibility to ensure an excellent customer experience and to take design thinking forward in our organization.
You are in control of both the achievement of the project’s goals and the development of your skills. You will be supported with a coaching approach by Chapter and Competence Leads. In addition to a close and active Designer community of all our designers, the Design Guild is always ready to sparring, discuss and exchange ideas with you.
You need this skill to succeed in the task:
• be able to achieve the targets set support through design service
• you are a creative designer, which also has a visual eye in addition to the comprehensive development grip
• understand the data and analytics for the importance of your work
• You have the ability to make complex issues clear and to produce the intended customer value
• You have the ability to network and collaborate over organizational boundaries
