Senior Service Designer

We are looking for experienced service designers to influence the implementation of future social and health services and the customer experience. You have a passion for building an entity based on the needs and goals of both staff and patients in social and health care services. At the heart of your work are methods of qualitative and quantitative research, the involvement of different stakeholders, joint planning and the conception of services.

We miss the following features, among others:

• Self-guided grip for making. You will be able to plan and implement large-scale projects with your hands in clay working with experts and patients. You get things done and you work smoothly with our different customer groups.

• Diamond concept of quality. You recognize the right phenomena and their backgrounds, you can perceive and brainstorm even complex entities and produce the necessary results from them.

• Humanistic conception of man. As an experienced designer, you do your work primarily through understanding people’s goals, motives, and emotions.

• Knowledge and experience of projects in the Sote industry. You don’t have to be a cooked veteran at the heart of specialist care, but you’ve already gained experience in the field for several projects.

• You have more than 5 years of experience working as a service designer, a suitable degree and you are not afraid of working closely in a consulting company.

• You are familiar with design assignments in digital services and you have also gained experience in change management.
• The ability to work fluently in Swedish, Norwegian and / or Danish is also considered an advantage for the applicant.
