To support that and our exciting growth journey, we are looking to hire a highly skilled Service Designer, who is able to reinforce our Business Solutions team, with supporting the business with internal and customer facing solutions such as an onboarding portal and CRM. These solutions should enable the business to deliver high-quality customer experience and internal efficiency. You will be part of establishing a continuous improvement setup where you, in collaboration with our Insights team, capture client feedback, and turn it into client experience improvements.
You will be reporting to the Head of Business Solutions and be part of our growing Business Solutions function. You will work closely with the team members in the Business Solutions as well as other business units to define the desired customer journeys and internal workflows. Furthermore, you will ensure good UX on our internal and customer facing solutions and support developers from the Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify needs and pains of customer and employees of Banking Circle
• Map customer journeys and service blueprints in collaboration with business units
• Work with business units to drive the change towards the desired experience
• Prepare and facilitate design thinking workshops
• Research relevant users and customers, and convert into actionable takeaways
• Use wireframes and prototypes to ensure early validation of UI designs
• Build UI designs, and ensure that they are technically feasible
• Keep informed of industry best practice
Skills & Qualifications
To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have a relevant university education together with a demonstrated capability from an applicable role where you have 5+ years of experience working with service design, including customer journey mapping and service blueprint as well as creating simple UX for complex workflows.
You are able to create a holistic understanding of end-to-end flows, while working on the detail level. You possess a strong drive to promote service design thinking and have experience working in an agile setup (example scrum). Also, you are pragmatic and open to finding solutions that work for everyone
As a person you are a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for learning and growing. You are an analytical thinker with ability to break down and structure complex problems and have excellent communication skills, including presentation skills and the ability to explain your design decisions.
As Banking Circle is an international company it´s a requirement, that you are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. The position will be based at Banking Circles Office in Copenhagen.
