Job Description
As Service Designer you’ll join our design team at Østerbro in Copenhagen, where we have an open and sharing community with highly skilled and like-minded colleagues, that already includes other service designers. You can come as you are and be at your best at Nets.
Your key tasks are:
- Ensure a great end-to-end customer experience based on insights and recommendations generated internally in the team by our researchers.
- You will be a central player in implementing conceptual ideas and bringing them to our customers.
- Collaborate with colleagues from UX, business and technology to align expectations and utilize on each other’s knowhow to design the best possible solutions.
It is a temporary position with an expected duration until end of 2023
Qualifications
Your professional skills and experience form most of your qualifications, but it’s also your personality that makes the difference at Nets.
We hope to include an openminded and curious team player in our team with an eagerness to raise the bar for the customer experience by pushing the service design from good to great.
Your professional qualifications include:
- Relevant experience, preferably from large organisations or agencies working with large organisations
- You have strong communication skills
- Feel comfortable interacting with various stakeholders and dare to ask critical questions
- Lastly you are fluent in English, both spoken and written (Danish, German and/or Italian would be considered a plus)
