S4N
As a Service Designer at S4N you will:
-
- Take part in strategic design projects across multiple International accounts and internally at S4N.
- Work with clients from different sectors, learning about their businesses so as to work out the best way to add value to the end-user whilst remaining aligned to internal business objectives.
- Support workshops and collaborative sessions with other designers, you will help in the note-taking and facilitating some of the activities
- Visualize and design communication means to translate complex content, you will explore creative methods to showcase the design vision effectively to the team and stakeholders.
- Take part in research processes, you will assist user interviews and Market discovery. You will be able to build insights with the team and help to design a compelling way to present recommendations to the client.
- Contribute to the work of others while having the ability to motivate and empower teams
- Take part in the prototyping building and user testing with designers from other disciplines such as UX and UI.
- Interact with clients, colleagues, and external parties to ensure that our design solutions are executed, implemented, and delivered in the best possible way
- Help to Develop and deliver documentation and presentations.
We are looking for people who seek excellence in what they do. This is what you’ll need to be part of our team:

- A portfolio that demonstrates your approach to any design challenge, product, services, graphic.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, which are appropriately adjusted and filtered for a range of audiences, including senior leaders.
- To have worked with multiple stakeholders at different levels, such as customer relationship, project planning, collaborative sessions, and decision-making processes.
- To be a hands-on designer, you can make tangible a service concept through prototyping. You are able to show your vision in a practical way.
- An average grasp of the following tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Miro/ Mural, Figma, G-Suite
- English level B1+ is a must
