As a Service Designer at S4N you will:

    • Take part in strategic design projects across multiple International accounts and internally at S4N.
    • Facilitate fuzzy conversations and vague design briefs, you will work with stakeholders to help define clear project’s scope.
    • Work with clients from different sectors, learning about their businesses so as to work out the best way to add value to the end-user whilst remaining aligned to internal business objectives.
    • Design and host workshops to enable a collaborative environment, gathering relevant information, and foster decision making and conflict resolution in the team.
    • Visualize and design communication means to translate complex content, you will explore creative methods to showcase the design vision effectively to the team and stakeholders.
    • Activate the trend radar to spot new practices in the digital economy and how they are shaping users’ and organizations’ behavior. Furthermore, you will be interested in the technologies that support such changes and the way the team can learn from them.
    • Lead research challenges, plan and execute with the most suitable methodology. You will provide your team with evidence from your discoveries, transform insights into meaningful recommendations, and informed action plans.
    • Approach projects systemically, you are a natural at zooming out to see the big picture, then diving into nail the important.  You acknowledge the relevance of ecosystems with digital and non-digital touchpoints.
    • Take part in the prototyping building and user testing with designers from other disciplines such as UX and UI.
    • Interact with clients, colleagues, and external parties to ensure that our design solutions are executed, implemented, and delivered in the best possible way.
    • Develop and deliver documentation and presentations.

We are looking for people who seek excellence in what they do. This is what you’ll need to be part of our team:

    • A portfolio that demonstrates your experience in digital service design as well as your concrete participation in each of the projects showcased.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, which are appropriately adjusted and filtered for a range of audiences, including senior leaders.
    • To have worked with multiple stakeholders at different levels, such as customer relationship, project planning, collaborative sessions, and decision-making processes.
    • To be a hands-on designer, you can make tangible a service concept through prototyping.  You are able to show your vision in a practical way.
    • A good grasp of the following tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Miro/ Mural, Figma, G-Suite
    •  English level B2 is a must
