RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand users’ needs, preferences and behavior, as well as identify innovation trends and new technologies, and create detailed presentations with the results obtained.
  • Develop and optimize user journeys based on insights gained through research, implementing process improvements and ensuring service quality.
  • Carry out Product Discovery, mitigating market, financial or strategic risks, and develop Project Portfolio initiatives.
  • Map use cases, journeys and service blue prints, seeking best practices, time savings and increased productivity.
  • Develop high-fidelity user interfaces and visual solutions that meet project needs.
  • Validate the solutions created through usability tests, verifying their effectiveness and using the results to develop improvements.
  • Map personas based on information obtained from research.
  • Create new navigation flows based on insights gained from research, transforming emerging ideas into concrete concepts.
  • Prepare and facilitate workshops and work dynamics.
  • Provide insights to enable collaborative decision-making regarding the Innovation Portfolio.
  • Monitor projects in all their stages, participating in ceremonies together with the teams.
  • Simplify complex ideas through visuals and Service Design tools.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Information Technology, Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Communication and/or related areas or with practical experience with Service Design;
  • Desirable (but not mandatory) Postgraduate degree in Service Design, Innovation, User Experience or equivalent;
  • Experience with user, market and technology trend research
  • Experience in Service Design and/or Digital Product Design;
  • Fluency in using the Service Design and Design approach and tools;
  • Experience in leading ecosystem projects and managing stakeholders;
  • Experience with building, conducting and analyzing collaborative approaches, workshops, design sprints and similar;
  • Experience with co-construction and evaluation of service prototypes;
  • Ability to produce syntheses that summarize in a didactic way the insights, pains, opportunities, among other findings for decision making;
  • Experience with data and metrics (search results, browsing behavior, etc.);
  • Ability to explain design decisions;
  • Knowledge of UX/UI concepts;
  • Knowledge of creation, prototyping and testing tools (Figma, Miro, Maze, Adobe Package or similar);
  • Availability to work in the city of Amparo.

Worth mentioning:  Monday to Friday, from 8am to 6pm.
