We are looking for a professional with experience in Service Design to join the Design team, who will act as a reference in the experience of our business collaborator.

As a service designer you will be:

  • Reference for the organization regarding the complete view of the business employee experience
  • Connection with people UX Researchers to evidence the frictions of the journey and how they unfold in internal actors and processes 
  • Responsible for providing clarity of integrations, sequences and interrelationships by building maps, mental models, journeys and blueprints

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

  • Plan and conduct discoveries to identify and map opportunities and pain points for our users.
  • Map journeys, understanding the intersections, pains and expectations of users.
  • Transform research insights into actionable insights for product and service journeys.
  • Collaborate in defining success indicators and monitoring them.
  • Have a systemic view of Sicredi products, to contribute to building the complete journey of users.
  • Identify gain creators to prioritize initiatives that add the most value.
  • Develop use cases that map the reality of our members and optimize current processes.
  • Provide visibility into the intersections of associate processes at different stages of the journey, at all points of contact.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

For this opportunity, it is important to see that you already have experience with:

  • Creation and mapping of journeys;
  • Construction and definition of use cases;
  • Personas and empathy map;
  • Service Blue Print;
  • Good communication and presentation of ideas;
  • Global product vision;
  • Agile methodologies;
  • Elaboration of product strategy, product market-fit and mapping of service design.
  • Ability to develop qualitative/quanti research such as interviews, mystery shopping, survey, focus groups, etc.

  • Motivation in finding and solving problems;
  • Entrepreneurial action;
