Service Designer

Sicredi
As a Service Designer, you will work with the development of services linked to Sicredi products, with the aim of improving the experience we offer our members. Together with your team, you have the mission of studying market trends, understanding the company’s strategy, the behavior of associates and proposing the necessary changes.
Oh, and as nobody does anything alone, you will have the support of a team of more than 80 Designers from the Product, Ops, Research and Writing areas, working to understand and empathize with the reality of our users when the subject is financial life . 😊
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS
- Plan and conduct discoveries to identify and map opportunities and pains of our user people.
- Mapping journeys, understanding the intersections, pains and expectations of users.
- Transform research insights into actionable product and service journeys
- Collaborate in the definition of success indicators and monitor them.
- Have a systemic view of Sicredi products, to contribute to building the complete journey of users.
- Identify gain creators to prioritize initiatives that add the most value.
- Develop use cases that map the reality of our associates and optimize current processes.
- Provide visibility into the intersections of member processes at different stages of the journey, across all touchpoints.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
For this opportunity, it is important to see that you already have experience with:
- Creation and mapping of journeys;
- Construction and definition of use cases;
- Personas and empathy map;
- Service Blue Print;
- Good communication and presentation of ideas;
- Product overview;
- Agile methodologies;
- Elaboration of product strategy, product market-fit and service design mapping.
- Ability to develop quali/quanti research such as interviews, mystery shopping, survey, focus group, etc.
Behavioral traits:
- Autonomous profile, proactive, ease to work in a team;
- Motivation to find and solve problems;
- Entrepreneurial action;
- Questioning profile for healthy discussions and debates.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It would be nice if you also had:
- Experience in the financial market;
- Knowledge of success metrics for digital products;
- Knowledge in innovation, co-creation and agility techniques (Design Thinking, Scrum, Kanban, etc.);
- Cases of completed projects;
- Basic understanding of data analysis to turn raw information into actionable directions.
