Requirements
- Complete superior in Advertising, Marketing, Design or related.
- Experience with research, prototyping and hypothesis validation.
- Experience with Design Thinking.
- Experience in planning and facilitating workshops.
- Experience in the Lean thinking process.
Desirable
- Knowledge in Lean startup.
- Experience in agile teams.
Main activities
- Conduct desk research to identify opportunities and trends.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand the customer’s relationship with our products and services.
- Create low to high fidelity prototypes for experimentation and validation of new concepts, products and services.
- Create and develop presentations and materials that can make concepts and strategies tangible.
- Disseminate the agile and innovative culture.
- Create and conduct dynamics and exercises to enable the exchange of information, disseminate knowledge and solve problems.
