About the job
:: Responsibilities ::
• Work on projects and carry out studies on the 6 core areas of Customer Experience (Customer Centered Culture, CX Strategy, Customer Knowledge, Experience Design, Experience Metrics and CX Governance)
• Work on projects of customer experience innovation from design at all stages of development: setup, immersion in context, research, analysis, personas, ideation, prototyping, pilot and service blueprint.
• Lead co-creation processes at FLWOW! and also in projects with customers.
• Develop empathy activities and research, extract and analyze insights in different scenarios (customers, channels and company).
• Conceive visualizations through the use of visual thinking, storyboards and storytelling, process flows for simple and complex ideas and systems.
• Contribute to the review of innovation and design methodologies within FLWOW projects!
• Develop prototypes of physical and digital solutions.
• Develop and deliver courses and workshops related to design and its variables.
• Support other team members, share knowledge and experiences for the team’s development.
• Develop graphic materials for projects (presentations, support materials, final book etc.)
