JOB DESCRIPTION

Strategy and experience are at the center of activities in the Digital Design area, which directly impacts the success of projects.

The profile of this vacancy will be part of a multidisciplinary environment that focuses on design and research, accompanying activities such as concept creation, research, co-creative workshops, creation of digital solutions and consultancy in UX and innovation.

We are looking for an innovative person, with a strategic, collaborative, partner and empathic vision.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategically use the different design thinking tools to achieve the objective of the project in question;
• Analyze the inputs and material of the immersion to generate insights;
• Plan and carry out dynamics with customers and users;
• Analyze situations and propose efficient and innovative solutions; (creation of journeys, personas, blueprints)
• Conduct and structure client’s Journey ideations;
• Interaction with business areas;
• Map requirements for building a product;
• Develop presentations of work developed for business areas.
• Stimulate and develop innovation projects (internal or external);
• Observe opportunities for change in processes and services;
• Involve professionals from other teams to discuss changes, improvements, innovation;
• Document the entire process and alignment with the UX area to maintain the same standardization and consolidation for all areas involved;
• Organize meetings for ideation, understanding and synthesis;
• Structuring CES and NPS Journey and measuring points.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Training in Design or related areas.
• English will be a differentiator.
• Have already experienced or studied the Agile culture;
• Advanced knowledge in graphic design; (differential)
• Baggage and experience with Customer Experience;
• Good interpersonal relationship;
• Creativity, initiative and proactivity;
• Logical reasoning;
• Knowing how to work in a team and under pressure;
• Good verbal and written communication;
• Knowledge Design Thinking tools;
• Experience in usability testing;
