About the position:
We expect you to develop trustful relationships with other areas, lead and contribute with product discovery, plan and apply user research, mediate workshops, and propose solutions for improving product/service for end-users and internal processes. You will work close to the product and process people, from Latin America, China and all over the world, as well as maintaining and contributing to making a strong collaboration with the teams!

Responsabilities

    • Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative researches as surveys, interviews, usability testing and benchmarking
    • Lead projects about design or research, and train other members for doing research
    • Create solutions for improving customer service, internal systems, end-user products and channels in Latin America
    • Mediate workshop with stakeholders in English and Portuguese, create data-driven user journeys and combine with the internal process
    • Prototyping in low-fidelity.

The successful applicant:

    • Practice working as UX (User Experience) Designer for more than 4 years
    • Practice in user research (qualitative and quantitative) and conducting workshops
    • Skills in leadership and data-driven thinking
    • Portuguese native speaker and fluent in English, Spanish is a plus
    • Degree in design, technology, communication or any related field
