Service Designer

We are hiring Service Designer !

Guys, we are looking for a full or senior UX / UI Designer for the Hero99 team. In addition to working on planning and creating digital products and services, the idea is that this person can help lead the team.

It is mandatory to have experience in the function and updated portfolio.

This Senior UX / UI Designer will work allocated (remote during quarantine) with the Hero99 team, with other designers, developers and product owners. Here we take design seriously! To create valuable experiences, our team uses design thinking and service design methodologies and tools to model ideas that really work. More than just creating screens and flows, the designer is challenged to build the experiences together with developers and product owners. When joining the team you will be challenged daily to:

• Ment team members, spreading knowledge and design culture.
• Work autonomously, organizing your work through the use of agile tools.
• Conduct UX surveys, user interviews, benchmark surveys, process mapping, personas identification, flow mapping, creating user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, interface design, etc.
• Performing immersion processes, sometimes this includes designing in places like trains, farms, hospitals, technology startups, etc.
• Participate in design sprints, brainstormings and ideation processes to build products and services together with the team.
• Discuss ideas, tools and methodologies that can further optimize the development of projects.
• Create solutions for usability of projects and contribute with ideas that build the experience of the projects.
• Discuss technology and business details with the rest of the team.

Skills and competences

• Solid knowledge and practical application of design thinking.
• Experience with projects, tools and service design methodology.
• Mastery and ability to apply design heuristics in practice.
• Domain in creating interfaces using tools like Figma and Sketch.
• Mastery in the creation of prototypes using Invision, Framer, etc., and creation of styleguides with Zeplin.
• Intimacy with agile methodologies.
• Mastering English is a differentiator.
• Previous experience with Webflow, Elementor and web design is a plus.
