The Service Designer is responsible for providing the best possible experiences for customers through a product or services. Energy and a lot of desire for transformation are the basic pillars of this professional here at Tech.

You will be responsible for:

– Stimulate and develop innovation projects.

– Observe opportunities for changes in processes and services.

– Involve members of different teams with a focus on collaboration for discussion and generation of ideas.

– Organize information in order to meet customer needs.

– Organize meetings for ideation and identification of problems in contact channels.

– Make prototypes and service tests.

– Promote workshops based on current processes with a focus on new ideas.

– Conducting market research

Assignments

– Knowledge of UX / UI design;

– Deep knowledge about design thinking and double Diamond;

– Knowledge in agile methodologies;

– Ability to work collaboratively

– Intermediate knowledge in Adobe XD or Figma.

Differentials

– Think outside the box

– Propose improvements based on market trends

– Be uncomfortable with traditional processes

– Question bureaucratic points involving services or products

  • – Have knowledge or interest with the banking world
