Main responsibilities
- Design stages or new and current journeys, with analyzes, hypotheses, benchmarks, etc .;
- Lead empathetic research to deeply understand the behavior of our internal and external customers, points of friction, pain, and desires, analyzing experiences, challenges and opportunities.
- Analyze the entire system and every detail from the perspective of our internal and external customers;
- Describe in requirements the functions, processes, systems and roles necessary to deliver a projected experience;
- Clearly identify assumptions and problems and work to test them creatively by making ideas tangible through prototypes in the operation and support systems;
- Evaluate all the days in a quantitative and qualitative way, through analysis of logs, interviews with internal and external customers, field research, study of the competition, etc .;
- Create and maintain graphical representations of customer journey maps, considering service blueprint and personas for effective communication about our products, services, roles and responsibilities.
Requirements

- Training or Specialization in Service Design
- Knowledge in organizational processes
- Ease of reading data
- Notions of project management
