We are looking for a professional who applies service design in a practical way with internal and external customers, from conception to construction of the purchase experience or interaction with TOTVS, knowing how to carry out and manage end-to-end service design projects, leading the dissemination of the service design and innovation mindset inside and outside the area, connecting people, processes and technology.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Embark on the TOTVS universe and understand the specifics (of the portfolio, customer profiles, the distribution chain and internal structures), in order to build a systemic view of the business and contribute more efficiently with suggestions with a high level of adherence and applicability ;
• Preparation and conduction of interviews with users and customers, by defining and validating hypotheses, involving professionals from other teams to discuss changes, improvements, innovation, as needed;
• Document the entire process, generating a knowledge base and lessons learned for each project;
• Align with the UX Lab TOTVS area to maintain connection and synergy of the method of action, as well as exchange of experiences and continuous evolution;
• Develop the design of concepts and processes;
• Prototyping, testing and doing a lot of research with the different audiences involved;
• Consolidate criteria, modus operandis and monitor pilots, structuring and executing the scale gain plan to deploy with areas of operation.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Complete higher education in Design, Production Engineering, Administration or other related courses;
• Good ability to create and present striking and differentiated visual materials, both for executive audiences and for cadence with the project work teams;
• General knowledge of business, entrepreneurship and innovation;
• Experience as a Designer Thinker, UX, UI and/or Service Designer.

Desirable:

• Ease of content creation and value proposition creation;
• Knowledge and experience in Sprint Design and/or LeanUX;
• Desirable experience with interaction design for product and service procurement processes;
• Desirable experience in authoring tools (Adobe Package);
• Desirable experience working on Agile projects;
• Having already worked in the technology sector will be a differential.
