You will be part of the Customer Insights team being responsible for the Journey Service Design , caring for and designing the best experiences for our customers.

Your main objective will be to understand the people, journeys and processes of the ecosystem for which you will be working and create solutions that deliver value, always spreading and promoting the Design culture for all teams.

We are at an incredible time of rapid growth, so it is important that you are able to explain your design decisions clearly and objectively and that you are always on hand to present to other teams.

Main challenges

  • Application of the discovery process and its techniques and methodologies;
  • Preparation of conferences, prototypes, layouts and participation in the definition of texts.
  • Understanding of data analysis;
  • Survey and validation of hypotheses;
  • Materialization of solutions to identified problems or opportunities;
  • Presentation of projects and concepts to internal customers, presenting the definition and alignment of success metrics;
  • Documentation of learning for knowledge of the team, as well as standardization and consolidation of all areas involved;
  • Involve professionals from other teams to discuss changes, improvements, innovation;
  • Exchange of constructive feedbacks and constant relationship with the business areas;
  • Collaboration with other Design and UX teams;

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in the service design process and its methods (Personas, Journeys, BluePrints, Service Vision, Jobs to Be Done, etc.);
  • Planning, conducting and synthesising design research, promoting the consolidation of actionable insights;
  • Facilitation and orchestration of design processes;
  • Prototyping and testing of solutions;
  • Ability to connect people;

To have that extra edge

  • Experience in Design Thinking (facilitation, co-creation, interviews, prototyping and quick tests);
  • Metrics analysis;
  • Figma knowledge;
  • Thinking outside the box and promoting the “new”, creatively proposing solutions to problems;
  • Be nonconformist and questioning;
  • Have interest or experience in the world of loyalty and digital wallet
  • Experience with agile methodologies;
