What you will do:
> Map the journey of our customers, their pains and needs
> Prepare, carry out and systematize discovery workshops with our customers to map the experience/customer journey and the main bottlenecks
> Systematize insights from the mapping of the customer journey and identify relevant insights for the improvement and innovation of our products and services
> Provide visibility and combine referrals on product and service improvement insights to product owners, senior management and product squads
> Conduct ideation workshops / co-creation of products based on discovery insights.
> Analyze trends and competitors to obtain insights into new products, innovations and improvements to existing products
> Define which themes and subjects we want to explore with our customers in discovery and define the best interaction approach to obtain the results (structured interviews, workshops, questionnaires, online, face-to-face, individual, in groups, etc)
> Prepare discovery interactions with our customers and align with everyone involved in the process
> Participate in product development squads bringing the needs and pains of customers, proposing solutions
> Contribute with product validation so that they meet customer needs
> Contribute to the development of materials so that our client knows our product and knows how to use it in a simple and practical way

Deliverables

> Planning and carrying out all discovery projects with the claimants
> Systematization of all discovery projects
> Mapping , definition and preparation of assertive discovery techniques for each project
> Mapping of best discovery practices database
> Systematization of product ideation to meet the pains and needs of our customers mapped in the journey
