For this opportunity, it is important to see that you already have experience with:

  • Creation and mapping of journeys;
  • Construction and definition of use cases;
  • Personas and empathy map;
  • Service Blue Print;
  • Good communication and presentation of ideas;
  • Product overview;
  • Agile methodologies;
  • Elaboration of product strategy, product market-fit and service design mapping.
  • Ability to develop quali/quanti research such as interviews, mystery shopping, survey, focus group, etc.

Behavioral traits:

  • Autonomous profile, proactive, ease to work in a team;
  • Motivation to find and solve problems;
  • Entrepreneurial action;
  • Questioning profile for healthy discussions and debates.
