MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Structure and share the evolution of projects with design leadership and stakeholders;
- Work collaboratively with the team in an environment of frequent changes;
- Promote the quality of experience for different audiences.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Mastery of the design process and its methods (Research, Personas, Journeys, Service Blueprint, Service Vision, Jobs to Be Done, etc);
- Planning, conducting and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative research, promoting the consolidation of actionable insights;
- Facilitation and harmonization of co-creation processes;
- Consolidation of results in strategic reports;
- Planning, structuring, conducting and documenting the service prototyping stage.
