You will be responsible for:
- Stimulate and develop innovation projects (internal or external);
- Observe opportunities for change in processes and services;
- Involve professionals from other teams to discuss changes, improvements, innovation;
- Organize internal processes and resources in order to meet the customer’s needs and job to be done ;
- Document the entire process and alignment with the UX area to maintain the same standardization and consolidation of all areas involved;
- Organize meetings for ideation, understanding and synthesis;
- Develop the design of concepts and processes;
- Prototyping and testing.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The commandments to fulfill this mission:
- Knowledge in CX, UX, Lean;
- Ability to connect people;
- Knowledge in BPM;
- Ability to document complex projects.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
Before anything else, know that you need to be a nice person, with a lot of energy and desire to grow!
