Responsibilities and Responsibilities:

Contribute to the product, business and engineering team in defining the product strategy:

  • Map and understand pains and needs (journeys, flows, personas and Blueprints);
  • Conduct interviews and surveys (quantitative and qualitative), experiments and tests to validate opportunities and solutions with stakeholders;
  • Conduct benchmarks (internal and external);
  • Plan and conduct workshops and dynamics, leading needs discovery studies to influence the evolution and construction of new solutions;
  • Mapping requirements for building solutions;
  • Represent and disseminate the interest of customers in discussions, valuing a positive experience;
  • Dealing with the entire lifecycle of a product process – discovering, defining, creating and validating problems and ideas.

Your daily mission

  • As a Service Designer, you will help with customer engagement and create deliverables to improve the customer experience on the Logistics team’s projects and products in the implementation of a new warehouse management system (WMS);
  • You will also focus primarily on work related to AS IS journey mapping task areas and TO BE innovation and opportunity proposals.
