your responsibilities

Your challenge will be as the main designer within one of our squads, in a multidisciplinary team (which includes people from different areas, such as Product, Engineering, Quality and Data).

Your main objective will be to understand people, journeys and ecosystem processes for which you will be working and create solutions that deliver value, always spreading and promoting the culture of Design for all Zé teams. 

Also as a lead designer, we expect you to be consistent in creating, articulating and influencing strategies with all your peers and stakeholders. Questioning and justifying topics presented helping to enhance the work. Technically mentor people with less experience and lead the process to facilitate OKR discussions.

What does Zé expect?

• Solid experience in the design process, from discovery to delivery;
• Apply the discovery process and its techniques and methodologies in highly complex scenarios;
• Analyze raw and compiled data;
• Raise and validate hypotheses;

• Promote integration between teams in the business ecosystem according to their common impacts and objectives;
