Activities to be carried out on a daily basis:
* Facilitate the definition and monitoring of the value proposition and product strategy;
* Structure and adapt Design tools (empathy map, service blueprint, user journey, experience map and others);
* Facilitate collaborative ideation and alignment sessions with Elo internal areas and stakeholders;
* Contribute to the processes of research with customers and users, data analysis and success metrics, in order to monitor and guarantee results aligned with the company and product strategy;
* Analyze and synthesize research data to identify key customer needs, pain points and expectations to explore opportunities;
* Structure and present concepts, recommendations and results to stakeholders.
