Responsibilities and duties;
Participation in brainstorming sessions and Design Thinking workshops.
Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for innovation.
Collaboration for market and user research.
Support in creating personas, empathy maps and user journeys.
Participation solutions using design tools.
Support in the application of testing and validation of prototypes with real users.
Participation in processes, insights and learning.
Presence in the presentation of results and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements and qualifications
- Knowledge of Design Thinking : The candidate should have a solid understanding of the principles and processes of Design Thinking. This includes familiarity with the empathy, definition, ideation, prototyping, and testing phases.
- Knowledge of some Design tools : Ability to use design tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or other prototyping and user experience design (UX) tools.
- Creative and Analytical Thinking : Ability to think creatively and innovatively to solve complex problems. Additionally, it is important to have analytical skills to understand user needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaboration and Teamwork : Design Thinking is a collaborative approach, so the candidate must be able to work effectively in a team, communicate their ideas clearly and contribute to the co-creation process.
- Visual and Written Communication : Ability to communicate complex ideas in a visually appealing way, whether through wireframes, prototypes or presentations. Additionally, it is important to have writing skills to document processes, insights and recommendations.
- Related course : Studying Graphic Design, Product Design, Interior Design, User Experience Design (UX/UI), or related areas is desirable.
- Certifications or Complementary Courses : Participation in courses, workshops or certifications related to Design Thinking, User Experience Design or related areas can be considered a differential.
- Portfolio : It is important that the candidate has a portfolio that demonstrates their Design Thinking skills, including projects in which they have applied Design Thinking principles to solve design problems.
