Hello, We are looking for a senior, proactive Designer/Researcher who has a particular passion for understanding people’s needs in depth. For this work you will have a team of researchers and service designers for assistance, discussions and creation together, and we work in two ways, through allocation in partner companies or within internal projects with varied teams and with a holistic vision for serve external customers.
About the Service Designer/Senior Researcher vacancy:
- Carry out the technical/operational management of projects;
- Determine specific needs for allocated projects (funds, additional services, reference materials, etc…);
- Carry out product budgeting in partnership with the sales team (definition of scope and hours of research projects and service design);
- Organize the Research Chapter;
- Build the directionals to direct PO/PMs in the construction of products;
- Format the design ecosystem in the organization through processes, standards and governance;
- Share best practices and generate consistency in directions for other squads/tribes;
- Conceive the best journey for the user, mapping interactions according to the channel, profile and context in which the customer is;
- Generate content and Presentations for internal and external customers, benchmark, etc;
Requirements
- Advanced English (we have clients outside Brazil);
- Full knowledge of research, tools, applications, conduction, analysis and presentation of results (qualitative and quantitative);
- Full knowledge of service design and its main tools, as expected (Stakeholder Maps, User Journeys, development of personas (or variants), creation of storyboards and scenarios and service blueprint);
- Advanced knowledge in techniques and tools for prototyping low and medium fidelity services;
- Experience as a researcher and service designer;
- Experience in developing requirements or meta-requirements for developing products, services and solutions from external teams.
