Service Designer

About the position:
• Generalist profile
• It is a strategic position with the consultancy and product team to develop digital solutions thinking about solving user problems in the short, medium and long term;
• Loyalty consultancy projects whose main challenge is to develop with clients an ideal Loyalty model for users from the most diverse segments: financial, retailers, clothing, footwear, health, entertainment and ESG;
Responsibilities:
• Participates in all phases of the consultancy;
1- Immersion:
• understanding the company context and the problem to be solved;
• identify strengths and weaknesses;
• conduct interviews with stakeholders to build the Discovery process,
• carry out market research, competitor analysis and benchmarking
• organize and classify all collected documentation to be shared with a multidisciplinary team
• preparation and application of user research
2 .Ideation and modeling:
• participate in the ideas/brainstorming forum to solve problems encountered in the immersion phase;
• filter the best ideas to create possible models, evaluating the feasibility and efficiency of each proposed solution/step;
• propose resolution hypotheses for identified problems
3. Implementation:
• participate in defining the MVP design (including KPIs and phasing of the proposed solution)
• propose user journey frames
• work together with a digital graphic designer to develop screens ( App and Web)
Requirements:
• Complete higher education
• Mastery of the FIGMA and FIGJAM tool
• Experience with the Design thinking methodology
• Knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel and Power Point
• Ease and practice in using graphic and infographic solutions to represent and share concepts with multidisciplinary teams
• Communication skills for alignment presentations with multidisciplinary teams that are impacted by projects
• Proactivity, curiosity and organization are key characteristics
• Experience in working on more than one project simultaneously
