• Leading complex service transformation projects. 
• Define design strategies aligned with business objectives. 
• Create advanced digital prototypes to validate innovative concepts. 
• Implement metrics to evaluate the impact of the solutions. 
• Translating insights into viable business opportunities. 
• Working with leadership to define innovation roadmaps. 
• Integrating new technologies and trends into service design. 

• 4+ years of experience in the technology or innovation field, working as a service designer, design thinker, product designer, or related role.  
• Education in Design, UX/UI Design or related fields.  
• Design Thinking, Facilitation Techniques, Storytelling, Product Vision, Research Methods, and Agile Methodology.
• Knowledge of Product Design and UX/UI ( desirable) .
• Experience in the logistics or supply chain sector.  (Desirable)
