Responsibilities and assignments
- Leading complex service transformation projects.
- Define design strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create advanced digital prototypes to validate innovative concepts.
- Implement metrics to evaluate the impact of the solutions.
- Translating insights into viable business opportunities.
- Working with leadership to define innovation roadmaps.
- Integrating new technologies and trends into service design.
Requirements and qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in the technology or innovation field, working as a service designer, design thinker, product designer, or related role.
- Education in Design, UX/UI Design or related fields.
- Design Thinking, Facilitation Techniques, Storytelling, Product Vision, Research Methods, and Agile Methodology.
- Knowledge of Product Design and UX/UI ( desirable) .
- Experience in the logistics or supply chain sector. (Desirable)
