What will your day-to-day look like:

  • Help in the construction of the strategy of products and services, as well as the prioritization of initiatives;
  • Work with Product Owners, Designers (UX/UI) and Developers to identify and prioritize product evolution opportunities in an environment of frequent changes;
  • Support and direct squads to build products and services with a good customer experience;
  • Conduct end-to-end experience mapping with Alelo products and services, connecting to customers’ expectations and pain points;
  • Consolidation of results and metrics in design;
  • Share the evolution of projects with CX leadership and stakeholders;
  • Facilitation and orchestration of design and validation/experimentation processes with clients and stakeholders (workshops, journey mapping workshops, client interviews, co-creation sessions, etc.);
  • Sketch and assemble low to high fidelity prototypes (when necessary);
  • Promote a culture of customer experience, design, innovation and teamwork.

Minimum requirements

  • University degree in Design, Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Communication and/or related areas or with practical experience with Service Design;
  • Desirable (but not mandatory) Graduate in Service Design, Innovation, User Experience or equivalent;
  • Experience in Service Design and/or Digital Product Design;
  • Fluency in using the Service Design and Design approach and tools;
  • Experience in leading ecosystem projects and managing stakeholders;
  • Experience with building, conducting and analyzing collaborative approaches, workshops, design sprints and similar;
  • Experience with co-construction and evaluation of service prototypes;
  • Ability to produce syntheses that didactically summarize the insights, pains, opportunities, among other findings for decision making;
  • Experience with data and metrics (search results, browsing behavior, etc.);
  • Ability to explain design decisions;
  • Knowledge in UX/UI concepts;
  • Experience in using agile management methodologies;
  • Performance in mixed B2B and B2C businesses, in services and/or consumer goods;
  • Knowledge of creation, prototyping and testing tools (Figma, Miro, Maze, Adobe Package or similar).
