Medior Service Designer

Internet Architects is looking for a Service Designer to strengthen its team. In this role, you will help create and shape better digital experiences that focus on the needs of users and the customer.

You will join the current service design team and work closely with other teams such as the development team and our UX designers.

Your skillset

• You have a good knowledge of the basics of service design. Background in product development is a plus

• You can function independently as a point of contact and confidant for the customer, and support them in creating a user-centric mindset within their organization

• You proactively think along with the customer about new initiatives to improve the user experience

• You think from the perspective of the customer journey in its totality, across all channels and over the entire life cycle of the user

• You can conduct user interviews or tests and moderate design workshops yourself. Digital tools such as Miro, Mural or Whimsical are no stranger to this

• You have strong organizational skills and can manage design and / or development teams to further develop service design projects

• You have experience with relevant design tools such as Sketch and Figma

• You are autonomous and able to plan and estimate your work independently

• You have an entrepreneurial and creative mindset

• You are fluent in the Netherlands and English. Understanding the French language is a requirement, speaking yourself a plus

• You have now built up a nice portfolio that reflects your skills
