Come join iO as a Service Designer and make a real difference for both people and organisations. By designing services that seamlessly align with user needs and business objectives, you’ll play a pivotal role in revolutionizing digital experiences. You’ll be the orchestrator our clients need, establishing the dialogue between user experiences, the operational model, and the supporting technologies.
Your job is to discover how services work, get to know the users, unravel the entire spectrum of stakeholders, and paint a picture of the challenges organizations face in their digital transformation. You’ll deliver benchmarks, inspiration analyses, and ideation sessions that’ll allow our clients to improve their services or concepts. Furthermore, you’ll help prototyping and testing these initiatives and map them into a ‘to-be’ blueprint of the service reimagined.
Thanks to your experience in digital product management , you’re also able to support clients in defining the scope of their digital products, establishing product-market fit, overseeing design and transfer to engineering, as well as facilitating go-live events for new digital services.
You’ll join the strategic team of Campus Antwerp , but work for clients in different areas, most likely in Brussels. Your iO colleagues are smart minds with tons of expertise in service, transformation, user experience and activation design. Together, you’ll work on service design challenges in the public and private sector that require insight, data and research.
