In this role, you’ll work end‑to‑end on coherent customer journeys for residential, professional, and corporate clients. You’ll combine design thinking with AI‑driven solutions (such as conversational AI and autonomous agents) and collaborate closely with UX/UI Designers, Developers, and Product Owners. You’ll translate sharp customer insights into impactful services, from strategy and research to prototypes and validated solutions.
