Your Tasks

• You are responsible for developing and implementing user-centered service solutions, from research to prototyping with our UX designers, and their implementation.
• You plan and conduct workshops with clients and interdisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions together.
• You advise our clients on service design and optimizing their business models through innovative service offerings.
• You analyze user needs, identify pain points, and create detailed customer journeys, personas, and service blueprints.
• You are a team player, working closely with UX designers, developers, consultants, and clients to achieve the best results.
• You moderate workshops using creative methods and act as a facilitator for customer-centered design processes.

• You have several years of practical experience in customer experience & service design, process design, or business analysis.
• You are proficient in using various AI tools for efficient work.
• Your German is fluent in spoken and written form (C2 level), and you are also business fluent in English.
