Your areas of responsibility:

• You are responsible for the development and implementation of user-centered service solutions, from research to prototyping with our UX designers and their implementation.
• You plan and conduct workshops with customers and interdisciplinary teams to jointly develop innovative solutions.
• You advise our customers on service design and the optimization of their business models through innovative service offerings.
• You analyze user needs, identify pain points and create detailed customer journeys, personas and service blueprints.
• You are a team player and work closely with UX designers, developers, consultants and clients to achieve the best results.
• You moderate workshops using creative methods and are a facilitator for customer-centered design processes.

• You have several years of practical experience in customer experience & service design, process design or business analysis.
• Your German is fluent in writing and speaking (at least C1), and you are also business fluent in English.
