Summary
The Health Design Lab is an innovation area at Einstein. We are a space that allows ideas to be realized in the form of projects, through the validation of needs and experimentation with new solutions for the healthcare sector, whether physical medical products, digital products, or processes. We provide strategic guidelines to leverage new businesses, exploring service models and experience journeys that will place people’s needs at the center of everything we do. We are building a more connected, predictive, and human healthcare ecosystem. We are a multidisciplinary team with designers, developers, and healthcare professionals.

- Coordinate the execution of pilot projects and proof-of-concept studies, defining clear success metrics to evaluate the viability, desirability, and feasibility of the proposed solutions.
- Iterate rapidly on prototypes based on collected feedback, ensuring the final solution is relevant and impactful.
- To articulate the strategic value of service solutions to business leaders and teams, championing the project vision and ensuring the necessary alignment and buy-in.
- Collaborate closely with technology, operations, and product teams to ensure a clear and efficient handoff, translating the service vision into functional requirements and implementation plans.
