What’s the challenge?
The goal is to generate new businesses or strengthen existing ones, ensuring a holistic, coherent, efficient, and memorable experience across every touchpoint the user/customer has with the organization—through products, services, channels, processes, both front and back office.
How will you make a big impact?
- Carry out, with increasing autonomy, the necessary diagnosis to generate new business opportunities or improve the experience of existing ones.
- Identify, under supervision, tactical and strategic opportunities related to your assignment, creating a memorable value proposition and a consistent end-to-end experience.
- Translate proposals and services into concrete deliverables, according to the assignment: business challenge, target audience profile, diagnosis, insights, design principles, opportunity areas, value proposition, and business model.
- Identify opportunities for synergy and efficiency within your assignment, as well as with other areas, systems, or processes of the bank and the Credicorp group.
- Present and support deliverables, along with other improvement proposals, to multifunctional teams and key stakeholders.
What do we need from you?
- Technical or university graduates in Industrial Design, UX Design, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Administration, Communication, Marketing (these are reference fields, not exclusive; other professions are welcome as long as you demonstrate current experience in Service Design).
- 2 to 4 years of experience as a Service Designer.
- Proven experience in designing user experiences, with a focus on Journeys and Service Blueprints.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience in generating business models.
- Desirable experience in loyalty programs or gamification.
