Senior Service Designer

Your tasks will be:
-
Design and (further) development of existing and new services and functions based on data, tailored to user needs and customer lifecycle, creating the highest possible customer experience;
-
Research, exploration of user needs and problems using quantitative and qualitative methodologies (customer interviews, questionnaires, analyses, preparation of summaries), collection and synthesis ;
-
Concept creation , understanding current business processes, building future operations;
-
Creating wireframes, low-fidelity wireframes , prototypes , validating completed designs with users and internal stakeholders, continuous iteration;
-
Contribution to UX design, collaboration with UI designer colleagues ;
-
Documenting and coordinating the development of business requirements and detailed functional specifications with developers;
-
Close cooperation with colleagues (designers, developers, marketing and customer service);
-
Tracking the entire lifecycle of services , from ideation, design, development and market launch to user interactions;
-
Participation in the development and elaboration of design processes and methodologies;
-
Breakfast with your colleagues on Wednesdays.
We are waiting for you if
-
you like to look at a product both operationally and strategically ;
-
you have extensive experience in service design and/or digital service/product management, or have gained experience in related fields, e.g. as a Business Analyst, UX researcher, etc.;
-
you worked for several years at a company that developed web solutions / you come from a design agency background ;
-
you have financial/economic knowledge and experience and/or are comfortable with fintech innovations;
-
you are familiar with and comfortable with fintech innovations ;
-
you are passionate about developing and perfecting your own product and the work around it;
-
you think customer-centrically , you are sensitive to customer needs, but you do not lose sight of the strategy;
-
characterized by analytical thinking, strategic and systems approach ;
-
you think innovatively and creatively, seeing solutions and challenges instead of problems;
-
You also have B2B thinking and experience;
-
you are a team player and empathy is no stranger to you;
-
