Senior Service Designer

Your tasks will be:
-
Design and (further) development of existing and new services and functions based on data, adapted to user needs and customer life journey, by creating the highest possible customer experience;
-
Researching and exploring user needs and problems using quantitative and qualitative methodologies (customer interviews, questionnaires, analyses, preparing summaries), collecting and synthesizing them ;
-
Concept creation , understanding of current business processes, structure of future operations;
-
Creation of wireframes, low-fidelity wireframes , prototypes , validation of completed plans with users and internal stakeholders, continuous iteration;
-
Participation in UX design, collaboration with UI designer colleagues ;
-
Documenting and coordinating the development of business requirements and detailed functional specifications with developers;
-
Close cooperation with colleagues (designers, developers, marketing and customer service);
-
Following the entire life cycle of the services , from the idea, through planning, development and market introduction to user interactions;
-
Participation in the development and elaboration of design processes and methodologies;
-
Shared breakfast with your colleagues on Wednesdays.

You like to look at a product both operationally and strategically
-
You have extensive experience in service design and/or digital service/product management; or you have gained experience in areas close to these, e.g. As a Business Analyst, UX researcher, etc.

You worked for several years at a company that developed web solutions / you come from a design agency side ;
-
You have financial / economic knowledge and experience and/or you are at home in the field of fintech innovations;
-
You know and move at home in the field of fintech innovations ;
-
You are passionate about the development and improvement of your own product and the tasks surrounding it;
-
You think customer-centrically , you are sensitive to the needs of customers, but at the same time you do not lose sight of the strategy;
-
It is characterized by an analytical way of thinking, a strategic and systemic approach ;
-
You think innovatively and creatively, you see solutions and challenges instead of problems;
-
You have B2B thinking and experience;
-
You are a team player and empathy is not unknown to you;
-
