Your Role
You will design strategic, user-centered solutions across Cinépolis’ digital and physical ecosystem, aligning business needs with customer expectations through qualitative research, mapping interactions across our channels, and designing interventions to optimize customer experience.
Imagine yourself doing this:
- Analyze customer needs and expectations to identify opportunities for improving cinema service experiences.
- Design and map service journeys and user experiences, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (marketing, operations, technology) to implement service design solutions, facilitating workshops and collaborative sessions.
- Translate research insights into actionable design strategies, detecting friction points and proposing high-impact improvements.
- Evaluate the impact of improvements using customer satisfaction metrics and other key indicators.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Advanced English (mandatory).
- 4–5 years of experience in Service Design, Strategic Design, UX Research, Design Thinking & workshop facilitation, Information Architecture / Omnichannel Experience Design, Product Strategy, Customer Experience.
- Advanced skills in Figma, Miro, usability tools, and qualitative research tools.
