Senior Service Designer

You Are:
The Senior Service Designer will be responsible for designing end-to-end journeys of employee-facing services using human-centered methods. This role works within Customer’s ATS User Experience team to create and optimize digital and physical workplace experiences.
The opportunity:
· Facilitate creation of aligned strategic visions
· Build roadmaps and priorities using insights from partner departments
· Analyze policies and organizational dynamics that impact service delivery
· Support transitions across tools, processes, and touchpoints
· Identify opportunities to improve systems with technology
· Advocate for service design and establish standards
· Lead early project stages and facilitate discovery
This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.
What you need:
· 7+ years of relevant professional experience
· Experience solving complex design/tech problems using systems thinking
· Ability to lead projects autonomously
· Strong presentation and storytelling skills
· Ability to justify design decisions using research
· Strong facilitation and workshop leadership
· Ability to apply design research
· Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
· Creativity in solving ambiguous problems
· Bachelor’s degree in Design, Service Design, HCI, or related
· Master’s degree preferred
