Senior Service Designer – Inside IR35
We are looking for a Senior Service Designer to join us on a contract position, working on one of our government digital transformation projects.
- Design thinking consulting and client leadership
- Generate and interpret research
- Design user journeys and service maps
- Create wireframes
- Experience of Figma
- Thorough knowledge of GDS and involvement in preparation for GDS assessments
- Strong agile experience
- Previous public sector interaction/service design experience
