Are you an experienced Service Designer with a passion for customer experience?
We are looking for a service designer who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development of better customer experiences.
Service designers at Insights use design as an approach to solving problems – supporting teams to design and deliver solutions that are consistent, purposeful and delightful.
We’re looking for people with strong communication skills and who can build meaningful working relationships across the business.
What you need to be successful in the role:
- Experience solving problems either for a customer or internal staff using design as an approach
- Experience being part of a team working on digital transformation
- Experience developing or refining a service that supports a product
- Experience building customer facing experiences that happen across multiple channels
- Experience doing all of the above in a collaborative way with teams and stakeholders across the organisation
- Are familiar with tools like Miro or Figma
